EQV Concept Development
Our proposal for a sustainable skyscraper complex for one of the world's most dense urban landscapes introduces Mixed Use towers forming an iconic gateway, and through their facade articulation and function, we emphasize the synergy created and celebrate the self-reliance and sustainability potential of the Dharavi community. The core of the concept is a holistic approach to community building that seeks to integrate and improve environmental, social, and economic conditions for Dharavi's inhabitants.
The complex features Vertical Farming as a prominent component of the facade, and green roof / planting areas as an integral part of the synergy between vertical housing and the new market square and community plaza that will be fronted by new commerce opportunity and new social services to improve the quality of life for its inhabitants.
