Jiaozhou Twin Towers

The Jiaozhou Twin Towers Development is envisioned to be a high end regional destination for tourist and residents. The master plan embraces the sustainable values initiated in the overall larger city master plan for the area. The project competition brief was to create an interactive, lively, and world-class commercial mixed -use environment to include Class-'A' office, retail, hospitality, and condominium units.
 
The client also expressed a keen interest in relating the design and form of the towers to aviation themes, particularly to the conical shape of a jet turbine engine.
