The Sanya Bay Dragon mixed use tower's design concept is intended to create an instant landmark reflecting the quality and brand of Cartis International. Given its high profile location in Sanya Bay, the iconic design is also intended to be expressive of the unique qualities of Sanya and includes characteristics of the richness of its site, local environment, and culture. The project also includes an existing Railroad area/ service street immediately adjacent to the west property line to be redeveloped as part of a garden/walking path area. Fantastic views of the bay guide the circulation/connection patterns for the master plan and organization of the mixed use program. Additional design considerations are being explored for expansion of the program.
