Our design team drew from the historical, cultural, and unique regional influences on the site's location for inspiration and integrated the CASC's particular affinity for aerospace themes to create a world-class mixed use development of enduring value for the city and our client.
We also strived to create a landmark with exceptional aesthetic and functional design that is elegant and poetically powerful in its simplicity. The master plan was organized to enhance community connections, balance density with scale, and not only contribute to the immediate urban context, but also invigorate it and become a catalyst for future developments around it promoting harmony between the natural environment and the commercial mixed use program. Sustainability, global iconic presence, and fluidity are characteristics that contributed to the inspiration for the design.
