This 180,000 sm proposal for a sustainable Mixed Use Office Tower was commissioned by a prominent international bank. The design incorporates ideas of "Exchange" which pay homage to their business as well as Dalian's proud history of being an international shipping and port city. This tall, environmentally friendly tower will stand 300meters tall upon completion and will become an icon for the city of Dalian.
