Phipps Tower is a 20-story speculative, glass office tower that establishes itself as a premier address in the Buckhead community of Atlanta, GA.  It is prominently situated at the intersection of Phipps Boulevard and Lenox Rd. rising elegantly adjacent to the Phipps Plaza Mall. The building's design and use of materials offers timeless proportions and presents a contemporary edge. At the south facing main entrance, the arrivals area is punctuated by an entrance plaza where guests and tenants alike are invited to gather for events, socials, or engage in the designed public garden for respite.

The main entry's glass lobby blurs the line between indoors and outside as the lobby architecture's softly curved marble and wood walls frame the entrance. Phipps Tower is registered with LEED and has been awarded LEED Gold Certification. The building will be recognized throughout the industry for utilizing energy conservation and sustainable design strategies.
